| We all need to know what a vendor will or won't do in the name of customer service. If you're not explaining it, I would assume that its because of your mistake or its because you're asking for too much. If this is a legitimate gripe, everyone who spends their hard-earned money should know what has happened. Otherwise, don't make courtesy look bad. BTW, coz is usually cheaper by a few percent. I have went with courtesy because of their detailed website and ease of ordering.
